DIRECTOR

Darren founded Solis Products in 2002 and grew it from a small startup into a thriving business known for its Commercial and Residential high quality window furnishings.

Outside of the office, Darren loves playing golf or cricket in his spare time.

GENERAL MANAGER, SALES

Scott joined the family business in 2008 and has since been appointed General Manager, as well as National Sales Manager and Head Salesperson.

When he is not working, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors with his family, at the gym, or at a concert.

PROJECT MANAGER

Blake joined Solis is 2010 as our Head Installer.

When he is not working you’ll find him surfing.

COMMERCIAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Elysa joined Solis in 2024, bringing her interior design background and expertise in window furnishings to the team. She has been made part of Solis’ NSW Commercial Sales Team.

Outside of work, you can find her by the beach with a good book.

RESIDENTIAL SALES MANAGER

Matt Joined Solis in 2022 as our Residential Sales Manager

He has over twenty years experience working closely with architects, designers and decorators, having his client vision and outcome at the forefront of mind.  

When he is not working you’ll find him relaxing at home or enjoying a meal with his children.

RESIDENTIAL SALES CONSULTANT

Christina is a new member to our team, joining in 2024 as a Junior Sales Consultant. With previous experience as a Colour Consultant, Set Designer in the film industry and an Interior Design Graduate, she certainly brings a creative flare to the Solis team.

When she is not working you’ll find her at the local river with her dog or anywhere with live music!

HEAD ESTIMATOR

Dianne joined Solis in 2020 as an estimator, focusing primarily on QLD jobs.

When she isnt working you’ll find her walking around doing street photography, or attending a spin class.

PROJECT ESTIMATOR

After joining the Solis team in 2021, Prabin made his way into a Project Estimator role and has loved it ever since.

When he isn’t working you’ll find him with his baby daughter in nature.

ESTIMATOR

Alaine joined Solis as an Estimator, bringing over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry and a strong focus on delivering accurate and efficient project assessments.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son and family.

ESTIMATOR

Michael joined Solis in October 2025 as an estimator, committed to delivering accurate and efficient project assessments.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring scenic trails with his wife.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Roberto joined Solis in March 2024 and has since stepped into the role of Operations Manager, overseeing all residential and commercial installations.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him playing futsal or cycling around Sydney.

PROJECT COORDINATOR & COMPLIANCE OFFICER

ACCOUNTS & OFFICE MANAGER

Michelle joined Solis in February 2015 and has been managing the operation of accounts team since then.

She has 16 years of experience in the commercial and residential fit out industry.

When she is not working you’ll find her cuddling with her two dogs or salsa dancing in various latin events.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Janice joined Solis in 2024 as part of the Accounts team.

When she’s not working, she enjoys exploring new cafes, spending time with loved ones and enjoying movie nights at home with her family and friends.

RECEPTION

Anne joined the Solis team in 2025 as a Receptionist and Admin.

Beyond work, she loves camping, staying active with badminton or tennis, and experiencing the energy of live concerts, always seeking moments that inspire and recharge her.
